Terms and conditions for OneEyedFrog Photography®:

1. Image Usage and Restrictions:
   
   
   
   • Proof images on the website are for display purposes only and are stored at low resolution.
   
   
   • It is considered theft to download, copy, print-screen, or take screenshots of the proof images or watermarked images and text on the website.
   
   
   • Proof images may not be displayed or used on social media sites, websites, for sale ads, third-party sponsors, forums, or any form of advertising without permission.
   
   
   • Any proof images found on social media sites without permission may result in an invoice of $150 per photo for non-purchased images.


2. Sponsor Use:
   
   
   
   • Sponsor use of images, including advertising or promoting a product or service, requires permission and payment of sponsor fees.
   
   
   • Sponsor use includes gaining sales and an audience
   
   
   • No third-party use is allowed without written permission.
   
   
   • Purchased Images do not have the wording Proof across the photographs.  Purchased images may not be cropped, reproduced, copied, transmitted or manipulated by means of computer or any other technique or reproduce an image in whole or in part as an element within or as a montage with another picture or to be used in conjunction with other Third Parties, Other Websites, For Sale Adds, Graphic Designers, Photographers or Artists, Brand Sponsors, HorseDeals, Magazines / Newspapers / Newsletters, Schools, Clubs,  Advertising & without the written permission of OneEyedFrog Photography®
   
   
   • Reproduction in any medium should include a photo credit to OneEyedFrog Photography on the printed material.
   
   
   • In all instances of editorial usage, a credit line acknowledging OneEyedFrog Photography or www.oneeyedfrog.com.au as the photograph's author should be provided.
   
   



3. Commercial Use:
   
   
   
   • Commercial use of images, including advertising or promoting a product or service, requires permission and payment of commercial fees.
   
   
   • Commercial use includes selling a horse or product or gaining sales.
   
   
   • No third-party use is allowed without written permission.

5. VEIS Schools Use:
   
   
   
   • Images may be used for school websites, newsletters, and personal use.
   
   
   • Purchased images may not be cropped, reproduced, copied, transmitted or manipulated by means of computer or any other technique or reproduce an image in whole or in part as an element within or as a montage with another picture or to be used in conjunction with other Third Parties.
   
   
   • Reproduction in any medium should include a photo credit to OneEyedFrog Photography on the printed material.
   
   


6. Other Products:
   
   
   
   • Montages, frames, and prints may take up to a week to be organized, while large orders may take up to 6 weeks.
   
   
   • Print orders are completed during business hours.
   
   
   • Basic and full image editing options are available, with full editing including additional enhancements and fixes.
   
   
   • Fine art image editing for equine images is available at an hourly rate and may take days to complete.
   
   


7. Delivery:
   
   
   
   • All items are shipped with AUSTRALIAN POST or a courier service.
   
   
   • It is the customer's responsibility to provide a delivery address where someone will be available to receive the products.
   
   
   • If delivery is not possible due to the customer's unavailability, arrangements should be made with the relevant post office or courier company.
   
   


8. Payment:
   
   
   
   • Payments for products can be made via credit cards, PayPal, cash, cheque, or payment plans.
