Orders placed after 7pm will be processed the next business morning after 10am. Digital images are emailed and might experience delays due to workload but typically arrive within 48 to 72 hours. Weekend orders may be processed on business days. All images are color-corrected and straightened before delivery.
Image Usage Terms:
Purchased images may not be cropped, reproduced, copied, transmitted, or manipulated without written permission from OneEyedFrog Photography®.
Images cannot be used with third parties, other websites, for sale ads, graphic designers, photographers, artists, magazines, newspapers, newsletters, clubs, advertising, or sponsors without permission.
Removal of "Proof" Watermark: Purchased images will not contain the "Proof" watermark or any similar overlays. The images you buy will be provided free of such markings.
Responsibility for Losses and Printing Inaccuracies: We are not responsible for any loss of digital images or inaccuracies that may occur during the printing process. It is important to handle and print your images with care and to ensure that you manage these aspects personally.
Saving Digital Images: We recommend saving your purchased digital images on your computer or a disc. This ensures you have a backup and easy access to your images.
Calibration for Printing Accuracy: For optimal printing results, it is essential to calibrate both your monitor and photo printer. Proper calibration ensures that the colors and details of your printed images match your expectations and accurately reflect the original digital files.
Personal Use: For non-profit, private purposes only. Not for commercial use without paying commercial fees. No third-party usage allowed.
Commercial Use: Includes advertising, promoting, or selling a product or service. Third-party use requires written permission.
Editing Services: Must be purchased prior to completing your order.
Delivery Options:
Social Media Digital Images: Low-resolution with watermark, sent via email.
High-Resolution Digital Images: Larger files without watermark, sent via email.
Montages/Frames/Prints: May take up to 6 weeks.
Print Orders: May take 4 weeks.
Editing Services: May take up to a week.
Delivery (Prints, Montages, Frames, etc.): Items are shipped via Australia Post or courier, or can be picked up. Ensure a delivery address where someone will be available to receive the products. We are not responsible for delays caused by unavailability for delivery. Contact the post office or courier for missed deliveries.
Payment: Available via Credit Cards, PayPal, Direct Deposit, or Payment Plans.
Violations of copyright terms will result in a copyright infringement penalty and possible legal action. Invoices will be issued, and your OneEyedFrog Photography® account will be disabled until payment is complete.
