Order Processing
Orders after 7 pm are processed the next business morning from 10 am. Weekend orders are processed the next business day. Digital images may take 48–72 hrs due to workload. All images are colour-corrected and straightened before delivery.

Image Usage

Purchased Images – Cannot be cropped, copied, transmitted, manipulated (digital or AI) or used with third parties, websites, ads, magazines, clubs, sponsors, brands, artists, photographers, or graphic designers without written permission.

Social Media Images – Low-res, watermarked images are for personal, non-commercial use only.

High-Res Images – Delivered watermark-free and may be printed for personal use, web use and for personal, non-commercial use only.

Editing Services – Must be purchased before order completion; may take several days.

Personal Use – Non-profit, private purposes only. Commercial use is prohibited without fees and written permission. No third-party use allowed.

Commercial Use – Includes advertising, promotion, sale of products or services. Written permission and commercial fees required; third-party use prohibited.

Other Products – Montages, frames, prints: 1 week; large orders up to 6 weeks. Print orders: up to 4 weeks. Editing: up to 1 week.

Delivery – Shipped via Australia Post, courier, or pick-up to the address provided. Ensure someone is available to accept delivery. OneEyedFrog Photography® is not responsible for delays if recipient is unavailable.

Payment – Credit Card, PayPal, Cash, Cheque, or Payment Plans accepted. Prices and availability may change without notice.

AI Use Agreement – Images may not be used in AI tools to create derivative works, datasets, or outputs resembling the originals without written permission. Any AI-generated content without consent breaches copyright. Commercial AI use requires prior approval and may incur fees.

Copyright & Legal Action – Unauthorised use may result in legal action, copyright penalties, invoices, and account suspension until payment is received.
