Image Usage and Restrictions:
Proof images on the website are for display purposes only and are stored at low resolution.
Downloading, copying, print-screening, or taking screenshots of the proof images or watermarked images and text on the website is considered theft.
Proof images may not be displayed or used on social media sites, websites, for sale ads, third-party sponsors, forums, or any form of advertising without permission.
Unauthorized use of proof images found on social media sites may result in an invoice of $150 per photo for non-purchased images.

Commercial Use:
Commercial use of images, including advertising or promoting a product or service, requires permission and payment of commercial fees.
Commercial use includes selling a horse or product or gaining sales.
No third-party use is allowed without written permission.
Purchased Images do not have the wording "Proof" across the photographs. They may not be cropped, reproduced, copied, transmitted, or manipulated without written permission.

Personal Use:
Personal use is allowed for non-profit purposes and on social media platforms.

VEIS Schools Use:
Images may be used for school websites, newsletters, and personal use.

Other Products:
Montages, frames, and prints may take up to a week to be organized, while large orders may take up to 6 weeks.
Print orders are completed during business hours.
Basic and full image editing options are available, with full editing including additional enhancements and fixes.
Fine art image editing for equine images is available at an hourly rate and may take days to complete.

Delivery:
All items are shipped with AUSTRALIAN POST or a courier service.
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a delivery address where someone will be available to receive the products.
If delivery is not possible due to the customer's unavailability, arrangements should be made with the relevant post office or courier company.

Payment:
Payments for products can be made via credit cards, PayPal, cash, cheque, or payment plans.

Regarding login issues:
Login information is case sensitive, so ensure correct capitalization.
If you have forgotten your password, click on the "forgot password" link on the login screen or contact Admin@oneeyedfrog.net for assistance.

 Forgot Password - If you have forgotten your password, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to the login screen on our website.
  2. Look for the "Forgot password" link and click on it.
  3. You will be prompted to enter the email address associated with your account.
  4. After entering your email address, click on the "Reset password" or similar button.
  5. Check your email inbox for a password reset link. If you don't see it in your inbox, please also check your spam or junk folder.
  6. Click on the password reset link provided in the email.
  7. You will be redirected to a page where you can create a new password.
  8. Choose a strong password and enter it in the designated fields.
  9. Save the new password.
  10. You should now be able to log in to your account using your updated password.

Who owns the copyright to the images

The copyright to all images is owned by OneEyedFrog Photography®. This means that the photographer retains the rights to the images and has the exclusive right to reproduce, distribute, and display them. When you purchase images from OneEyedFrog Photography®, you are granted a license to use the images for personal or specified purposes as outlined in the terms of use. However, you are not allowed to crop, reproduce, copy, transmit, manipulate, or use the images in conjunction with other third parties, websites, advertisements, or publications without obtaining written permission from OneEyedFrog Photography®. Unauthorized use of the images may be a violation of copyright law and could result in legal consequences.

How do I find or search for an image?

To find or search for an image on the website, you can utilize the search feature located at the top of each gallery. Simply enter relevant keywords such as the horse's name, horse number, or your own name in the search bar and click the search button. The website will then display the images that match your search criteria, making it easier for you to locate the specific image you are looking for.

If you need to have your child's photo removed from the website due to legal reasons, please take the following steps:

  1. Send an email to Admin@oneeyedfrog.net.
  2. In the email, provide the number(s) of the image(s) you want to be removed.
  3. Include your contact information, specifically your phone number to ensure efficient communication.
  4. Request the removal of the specified photo(s).

Once the email is received, the necessary actions will be taken to promptly remove the requested photo(s) from the website. Additionally, you will be assured that your child will not be photographed at future events.

There is an image on the website that I do not like of myself, can you remove it please

  1. Send an email to Admin@oneeyedfrog.net.

I have multiple gift vouchers, how do I claim them

A. Please send an email to Admin@oneeyedfrog.net with the voucher codes so I can combine them and add credit to your account.

I have sent my payment when will my order be processed?

You will be sent an email to notify you when payment has been received.  

I bought digital images but I have not received them?

A. All images are emailed. Unless you bought an option for a cd or drop box your images will be only available to download.  Please contact admin@oneeyedfrog.net. Check spam or junk folders: Sometimes, automated emails, including those with digital downloads, can be filtered into the spam or junk folder by your email provider. Make sure to check these folders and mark any relevant emails as "not spam" to ensure future emails reach your inbox.

Purchased Images Agreement.

High-Resolution Digital Images: These are high-resolution images suitable for printing purposes. The delivery time for these images is also within 48 hours, subject to workload. High-resolution images are larger in size and do not have any watermark. They have no restrictions on printing, meaning you can use them for printing purposes without any limitations.

Orders are completed during Business Hours TUE - THUR : (10AM - 5PM ) Includes Colour Correction, Slight Editing, Image Straightening and Watermarks are removed.  
Extra Editing please allow for 3 - 7 days.

Can I change my colour image to a black and white Photograph?

There is an option for every image to be altered to become a black and white image. At the top of the screen there is an option to change the image.

Image Straightening: If necessary, the images are straightened to ensure that they appear level and aligned properly.
Removal of the word "PROOF": Any watermarked or labeled images with the word "PROOF" are edited to remove this mark, resulting in a clean, finalized version of the image.
Slight Editing: This may involve minor adjustments or enhancements, removing flies, or addressing small elements like horse manure to improve the overall aesthetic of the image.

Full Editing Option 

  1. Colour Correction: The images undergo color correction to enhance their overall color balance and appearance.
  2. Image Straightening: If needed, the images are straightened to ensure they appear level and properly aligned.
  3. Removal of the word "PROOF": Any watermarked or labeled images with the word "PROOF" are edited to remove this mark, resulting in a clean, finalized version of the image. Various Enhancements: This includes fixing minor elements such as flies, horse manure, and tidying up backgrounds to improve the overall quality of the image.
  4. Enhancing Features: The editing process may involve enhancing features such as adjusting the positioning of ears to a forward position, tidying up the mane and tail, and fixing any braids on the horse.
  5. Object Removal and Addition: Objects that are unwanted or distracting in the image can be removed. Additionally, the option exists to add objects like other horses to the image if desired.
  6. Limitations on Editing: It is important to note that certain limitations apply to the editing process. Poor posture, rider size, and horse conformation are not addressed or corrected through editing.

Will the pictures I select stay in my shopping cart

Yes, the pictures you select will stay in your shopping cart until you either place the order or manually remove them. However, it's important to note that the items in your shopping cart typically have a time limit. In this case, the pictures will remain in your shopping cart for a period of 6 months only. After that time, they may be automatically removed from your cart. Therefore, if you wish to keep the selected pictures for future reference or purchase, it is recommended to complete the order or save the images separately before the expiration period.

Papers, Printing and Framing

All imagery is printed using a large selection of Archival Inks Photographic Papers and Canvases printed with Epson Large Format Printers. Images are professionally printed on photographic paper with an archival life of 200 years

Can I book a Private Photo-shoot?

How long after an event are the photos are on the Website?

I usually start uploading the pictures within a few hours after an event or Photo Session and it can take a few hours or sometimes a couple of days!

Why I won't rush to upload images?

 "I treat every image with care and respect, I am a professional photographer with over 35 years experience" 

I am about quality not quantity and I dont snap away like other equestrian photographers at the event.

Do you photograph everyone in an Equestrian event?

If you would like an image removed from the site please send an email to Admin@oneeyedfrog.net with the image(s) number and phone 0420891067 now! Your photo will be removed and not be photographed at future events

Do you keep Galleries online forever?

Equestrian Galleries are deleted 6 months from the date of the event. *ARCHIVED EQUESTRIAN IMAGES ARE SAVED OFFLINE (Archival Fees start at $20 per image)

The prices of Products are stated on the Web Site and unless stated otherwise are quoted inclusive of GST. The prices are subject to change without notice.

 Stock and Delivery Dates

A. We cannot guarantee permanent or continuous availability of all Products. Allow up to twenty-eight days from date of purchase for the delivery of the product. Depending upon the method of dispatch chosen and the delivery address, delivery of products will normally be between 1 and 7 days of dispatch.  All items are shipped with Australia Post on Monday, Wednesday and Friday

Parcel Pick Up

A. Please text 0420891067 with your order number to organize a date and time to collect your purchases. Pick Up Available Mon, Tue or Fri. Weekend Deliveries can be organized!

Delivery charges

A. Delivery charges vary by location and type and combination of Products ordered. Delivery charges will be notified to you on the Web Site when you place an order and confirmed to you in a confirmatory email.
