Q. I can't seem to log in?

A. Login information is case sensitive, be sure you have entered it correctly.

Q. Who owns the copyright to the images?

A. Please note: OneEyedFrog Photography® owns the copyright to all images.
Proof images are for display purposes only on my website and are stored at Low Resolution.
Please DO NOT download, copy, print-screen, take a screenshot with any device of the proof images displayed or watermarked images or text on this website.
Proof Images MAY NOT BE DISPLAYED OR USED on sites such as Facebook, Social Media, Websites, For SALE ADDS, Forums, any Documents or for any Advertising in any format without my written permission. No editing or cropping to images allowed. Images Purchased do not have the wording Proof across the photographs.
Purchased images may not be reproduced, copied, transmitted or manipulated or to be used in conjunction with other Third Parties, Graphic Designers, Photographers or Artists & Sponsors without the written permission of OneEyedFrog Photography®. This requires an additional commercial fee.
People in breach of my Copyright Terms will face a Copyright Infringement Penalty & possible Legal Action. Invoices will be sent and your account in the OneEyedFrog Photography® website will be disabled until payment is complete.

Q. How do I find or search for an image?

A. There is a search feature at the top of each gallery to make it easier for you to search for a particular image. You can search your horse name or number and even your own name.

Q. My child's photo is online and due to legal reasons I need the images removed?

A. If you would like an image removed from the site please send an email to Admin@oneeyedfrog.net with the image(s) number and phone 0420891067 now! Your photo will be removed and not be photographed at future events

Q. There is an image on the website that I do not like of myself, can you remove it please?

A. Yes, I can. If you would like an image removed from the site please send an email to Admin@oneeyedfrog.net with the image number. Your photo will be removed as soon as possible.

Q. I have multiple gift vouchers, how do I claim them?

A. Please send an email to Admin@oneeyedfrog.net with the voucher codes so I can combine them and add credit to your account.

Q. I have gift voucher, how do I use it?

A. The voucher is redeemable upon checkout. Redeem Coupon. Only one voucher per order. If you wish to combine vouchers please email the codes to Admin@oneeyedfrog.net so I can combine them and add credit to your account.

Q. How do I Purchase Images?

1. Click on the image and select the shopping cart icon.
2. Purchase your desired item. We offer Digital images, Prints, Framed Prints, Packages and much more.
3. Use the View Cart Option to Update, Remove or Amend Orders.
4. Double Check your Order.
5. Once all the Information is correct, proceed to the Checkout and Pay for your Order.

Q. What Payments do you accept? 

A. We accept COD, Credit Card and PayPal. Payment can also be made via Bank Cheque, Direct Bank Deposit. If you wish to Pay via Direct Deposit or Cash an invoice will be sent to your email address.

Q. Do you offer payment Plans?

A. Please contact me to set up a payment plan.

Q. I have sent my payment via direct deposit/ cheque /credit card, when will my order be processed?

A. You will be sent an email to notify you when payment has been received.  

Q. I bought digital images but I have not received them?

A. Unless you bought an option for a cd or drop box your images will be only available to download. To download your item(s), view the order on the website with the link above and click the download link next to the item(s). VIEW ACCOUNT. Under each photo is a download button on your order. Only click this option if you are familiar with computers and zip files. This allows multiple downloads at once!

Q. Purchased Images Agreement.

A. ALL Images Purchased do not have the wording Proof across the photographs. We will not be responsible for LOSSES of Digital images or Printing inaccuracies. You must save your digital images on your computer or disc. * Just like screen calibration, photo printer calibration is mandatory. This will ensure printing accuracy. 

Q. Digital Images 

A. Delivery for Low Resolution social Media Images can be downloaded as soon as payment is made. Delivery for Digital High Resolution Images may take up to 48 hours.  Digital Image: Includes Colour Correction, Slight Editing, Image Straightening and Watermarks are removed. "Proof Images" are removed on Images.  Low Res images include a small watermark, this may not be removed. High Resolution images are larger and do not have any watermark and have no restrictions on printing. Proof images are for display purposes only on my website and are stored at Low Resolution. No editing or cropping to images allowed.  Purchased images may not be reproduced, copied, transmitted or manipulated or to be used in conjunction with other Third Parties, Graphic Designers, Photographers or Artists & Sponsors without the written permission of OneEyedFrog Photography®. This requires an additional commercial fee.

Q. Using Images.

A. PERSONAL USE -  non-profit purposes only. For use on Social Media Platforms. Not to be used Commercially without Commercial Fees. Images may not be used by a third party (newspaper / magazine / website /sponsored item ,etc) without permission and the receipt of an additional commercial fees. SCHOOLS USEFor School Websites, School Newsletters and Personal Use. Not to be used Commercially without Commercial Fees. Images may not be used by a third party (newspaper / magazine / website /sponsored item ,etc) without permission and the receipt of an additional commercial fees. FOR SALE ADDYour Image can be emailed to the Magazine or website for Sale of your Horse. Not to be used Commercially without Commercial Fees. Images may not be used by a third party (newspaper / magazine / website /sponsored item ,etc) without permission and the receipt of an additional commercial fees. COMMERCIAL FEES Images may not be used by another third party without permission and the receipt of an additional commercial fees. Image can be used indefinitely on your website for the promotion of your business services and for promotion of a service. No editing or cropping to images allowed. Images may not be reproduced, copied, transmitted or manipulated without the written permission of OneEyedFrog Photography®.  These images are used to promote your business, product or brand on either your website or third party websites or publications Reproduction in any medium should also include a photo credit (example) Photo: OneEyedFrog Photography® on the printed material 

Q. Acknowledging OneEyedFrog Photography®

A. Personal use of SOCIAL MEDIA Images  If you wish to use any photographs you purchase for social media, we simply request that OneEyedFrog Photography® are acknowledged as the photographers. No editing or cropping to images allowed. Images may not be reproduced, copied, transmitted or manipulated without the written permission of OneEyedFrog Photography®. Crediting OneEyedFrog Photography® Reproduction in any medium should also include a photo credit (example)  Photo : OneEyedFrog Photography® on the printed material. In all instances of editorial usage, a credit line should be provided acknowledging either OneEyedFrog Photography® or www.oneeyedfrog.com.au as the photograph's author.  For example: Image : OneEyedFrog Photography® Photo: OneEyedFrog Photography® Using Hashtags on Instagram #Oneeyedfrogphotography @Oneeyedfrogphotography

Q. Print Orders?

A. Orders are completed during Business Hours TUE - THUR : (10AM - 5 PM) Includes Colour Correction, Slight Editing, Image Straightening and Watermarks are removed.  Print Processing please allow for 12 Days. Extra Editing please allow for 3 - 7 days. Delivery for Prints take : UP TO TWO WEEKS ( AUSTRALIA POSTAL SERVICES) Delivery for Framed Prints take 28  - 40 Business days DELIVERY : All items are shipped with AUSTRALIAN POST.

Q. Can I change my colour image to a black and white Photograph?

A. There is an option for every image to be altered to become a black and white image. At the top of the screen there is an option to change the image.

Q. Do I edit images to remove other objects?

A. IMAGE EDITING OPTION Please note this service may require an extra few days. Image options are options that are charged once per image, no matter how many prints are purchased. Includes Colour Correction - Image Straightening - Flies - Horse Manure - AND Tidy Mane and Braids (tail if possible ) - Clean Socks - Remove Dust Particles - Brighten Horse Eyes - Removal of Unwanted Background objects if possible. (Only if possible Horse's Ears Forward, Horse's Eyes Open, Close Horse's Mouth)  I do not fix poor posture, riders size or bad horse positions. *PLEASE NOTE YOUR ADJUSTMENTS AT THE CHECKOUT Fine Art Image Editing - Equine Includes Colour Correction, Image Straightening and the word PROOF is removed from all images after purchase.Black or white Backgrounds or Digitally enhanced picturesque backgroundsThese Edits may take days to complete and are based on an hourly rate. 

Q. Will the pictures I select stay in my shopping cart?

A. No! Your pictures will stay in your shopping cart until you either place the order or delete them yourself. These stay for 6 months only!

Q. What Products do you offer? 

A. We believe a printed image will last a lifetime and give you options to purchase Greeting Cards, Canvases, Fine Art, Framed Photographs and Printed Photographs. All images can be purchased as Greeting Cards, Photographs, Framed Photographs, Canvases, Banners or Digital Photographs. Montages and Professionally Edited Photographic Services and Designs are available.

Q. Papers, Printing and Framing?

A. All imagery is printed using a large selection of Archival Inks Photographic Papers and Canvases printed with Epson Large Format Printers. Images are professionally printed on photographic paper with an archival life of 200 years

Q. Can I book a Private Photo-shoot?

A. Yes. You can book online or send an email to Admin@oneeyedfrog.net

Q. How long after an event are the photos are on the Website?

A. I usually start uploading the pictures within a few hours after an event or Photo Session and it can take a few hours or sometimes a couple of days!

Q. Do you photograph everyone in an Equestrian event?

A. If you would like an image removed from the site please send an email to Admin@oneeyedfrog.net with the image(s) number and phone 0420891067 now! Your photo will be removed and not be photographed at future events

Q. Do you keep Galleries online forever?

A. Equestrian Galleries are deleted 6 months from the date of the event. *ARCHIVED EQUESTRIAN IMAGES ARE SAVED OFFLINE (Archival Fees start at $20 per image)

Q. Prices?

A. The prices of Products are stated on the Web Site and unless stated otherwise are quoted inclusive of GST. The prices are subject to change without notice.

Q. Input of Incorrect Information

A. We cannot accept any liability for any failure to comply with specific instructions stated on this Web Site or for any incorrect information provided by the customer.

Q. Privacy Policy

A. OneEyedFrog Photography® complies with the Australian Government Privacy requirements and takes its obligations under the act seriously.  Any personal information given to us will be protected and used only for the proper purposes the information was gathered for.

Q. Terms and Conditions of Sale

A. hese Terms and Conditions of Sale govern all products you enter into a contract to purchase on this Web Site ("Products" and a "Contract" respectively),with the exception of photographs which are governed by the PHOTOGRAPHY TERMS AND CONDITIONS. These terms are specific to Products but Contracts are also governed by the General Terms and Conditions which you should also read. Variations to these Terms and Conditions of Sale shall only be effective if posted on this Web Site or where specifically accepted and agreed by us in writing.

A. The Products you purchase will be chosen by OneEyedFrog Photography®.

Q. Description of Products

A. Every care has been taken to describe and portray Products on this Web Site accurately using current technology, but variations in actual goods may occur.

Q. Stock and Delivery Dates

A. We cannot guarantee permanent or continuous availability of all Products. Allow up to twenty-eight days from date of purchase for the delivery of the product. Depending upon the method of dispatch chosen and the delivery address, delivery of products will normally be between 1 and 7 days of dispatch.  All items are shipped with Australia Post on Monday, Wednesday and Friday

Q. Parcel Pick Up

A. Please text 0420891067 with your order number to organize a date and time to collect your purchases. Pick Up Available Mon, Tue or Fri. Weekend Deliveries can be organized!

Q. Delivery charges

A. Delivery charges vary by location and type and combination of Products ordered. Delivery charges will be notified to you on the Web Site when you place an order and confirmed to you in a confirmatory email.
