- Unauthorized use of proof images will incur a charge of $150 per photo.
- Failure to comply will result in your account being deauthorized.
Account Registration and Login
- Create an Account: Register for free to view and purchase images from any equestrian galleries. Access past orders, save favorite photos and videos, and speed up the checkout process. Students, please avoid using school email addresses and seek parental permission if under 13.
- Email Activation: A valid email address is required for account activation. Check your Junk/Spam folders for the activation email.
Forgot Password
If you have forgotten your password, follow these steps:
- Go to the login screen on our website.

- Reproduction in any medium must include a photo credit to OneEyedFrog Photography.
Personal Use
- Personal use is allowed for non-profit purposes and on social media platforms.
- Editorial usage must include a credit line acknowledging OneEyedFrog Photography or www.oneeyedfrog.com.au as the photograph's author.
- Social Media posts should use hashtags to credit OneEyedFrog Photography.
VEIS Schools Use
- Images can be used for school websites, newsletters, and personal use.

Digital Images

- Fine Art Image Editing - Equine: Includes color correction, background changes, and extensive editing (additional costs based on hourly rates).
Product Selection

Papers, Printing, and Framing
- Printed using archival inks, photographic papers, and canvases with Epson Large Format Printers.
Booking a Private Photo-Shoot

Uploading Event Photos
- Photos are usually uploaded within a few hours after an event but can take a couple of days.
Image Removal
- To remove an image, email Admin@oneeyedfrog.net with the image number and your phone number.
Gallery Duration
- Equestrian galleries are deleted six months from the event date. Archived images are saved offline with fees starting at $20 per image.
Prices
- Prices include GST and are subject to change without notice.
